OTOL Rx provides practical, customized rehabilitation services. In 1984, our Director, Sandy Milton, introduced the first team-integrated home and community neurorehabilitation program to the West Coast. This program model was informally referred to as a "program-without-walls." Clients are not treated in a rehabilitation facility. Rather, there is maximum flexibility in selecting the therapy environment. We are available to work with clients in their actual home and community, informal office settings, or at nearby community locations.

OTOL Rx specializes in working with clients with cognitive difficulties. Clients appropriate for our services may also experience problems in language, social interactions, conversational skills, activities of daily living, physical management, disability adjustment, and reintegration into relationships with family members.
